Ulf Weigelt studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. In 1998 he passed the second state examination in law and was admitted to the bar in the same year.

Ulf Weigelt publishes articles for various print and online media. He is also a guest on TV programs when it comes to employment law issues that should be explained in an easily understandable way. His work “What bosses are not allowed to do and yet” became a SPIEGEL bestseller.

The law firm “Weigelt & Ziegler”, co-founded by Ulf Weigelt in 1998, became the law firm “Weigelt Werner Schuldt — Kanzlei für Arbeitsrecht” in 2025.
