Dr. Christoph Schuldt studied at the universities of Rostock, Konstanz and Freie Universität Berlin. He has been admitted to practice law since 2012. He is a specialist lawyer for labor law.

From 2012 to 2021, he worked as an in-house lawyer at a German holding company belonging to Omnicom Group, Inc. — at the time the second-largest advertising group in the world. From 2017, he also held the function of authorized signatory.

From 2021 to 2025, Dr. Christoph Schuldt worked as an in-house lawyer at Tesla in Germany. He founded and led the German employment law department. As member of the Administrative Board of the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, he was significantly involved in shaping Tesla‘s development into the largest employer in the state of Brandenburg, with more than 12,000 employees.

Dr. Christoph Schuldt advises employers and companies nationwide on all issues of individual employment law as well as on aspects of collective employment law. He is a sparring partner for corporate strategies and combines legal expertise with creative pragmatism. He also represents employees, executives and managers nationwide.

Since 2025, he has been a partner in the law firm “Weigelt Werner Schuldt — Kanzlei für Arbeitsrecht”.
